Computer Model: Such as "iMac G5", "Dell Inspiron 5100", etc. Operating System: In Windows: on the desktop, right-click the

In MacOS: click the Apple menu and select

Memory (RAM): In Windows: on the desktop, right-click the
  "My Computer" icon and select Properties.
In MacOS: click the Apple menu and select
  "About this Mac".
Hard Disk (GB): In Windows: open the "My Computer" icon,
  then right-click "(C:)" and select Properties.
In MacOS: in the Finder, select your Macintosh HD
  and press Apple-I (Get Info).
